Astronautowl.com Orders

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase on all items purchased via astronautowl.com or phone directly from Astronaut Owl. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns over 30 days from purchase must be in sellable condition to receive refund and may be subject to a restocking fee. Other conditions may apply.

If you purchased our products through one of our retail partners, you must complete your return through that retailer within their return policies.

To begin a return from within the US, please contact us at teams@astronautowl.com to get a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA #) and Return Shipping Label. This number should be included in your return package in order for us to receive and process your return.

Refund Method
Refunds will be credited to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 10 business days from our receipt of the return for refunds to appear in your account.

International Orders
